JOE BELIVEAU
OWNER
Joe Beliveau spent nearly 30 years with the Illinois State Police. The majority of his career was spent in an undercover narcotics unit as an agent, supervisor, and director role. Upon his retirement with the ISP, Joe was assigned as a task force officer with the United States Postal Inspections Service, conducting drug and currency parcel interdiction. In 2014, Joe started Beliveau Narcotics Training Agency and has since become a nationally known instructor in the field of narcotics. Joe has been certified in federal and state court as an expert witness. In addition, Joe has been the coordinator of numerous high profile security details, as well as overseeing details for major grocery store chains, a national parcel shipping company, and private party security.
